I have purchased 2no.of AC units from your Authorised Dealer M/S.Dolphin Vision at Paralakhemundi. The dealer instructed to install the ACs through local mechanic. Due to installation by local mechanic they are damaging water panel as a result there is is water leakage This is the most complaintby almost the consumer. After purcase the dealers are not instructing us about installation through authorised voltas technicians.

This is the state of affairs by another authorisede dealer i.e., M/S.Nakshtra Electronics, Paralakhemundi.

It is requested to instruct your dealers to insist the installation of units through authorised voltas technicians only & not through local mechanic.
