This is praveen kumar from Nellore. I am your nokia customer and also nokia seller.

My brother has a cellephonesop in Nellore. I and my brother maintain the shop. Every month i sell many nokia phones. But there is no problem form any nokia phone. Nokia is a very good company.

But i purchase nokia 3110 clasic [ {item no:354206037983082}, product code:0581437, warranty reference number: GLBINYA72817440] I purchasing next day problem as been started will be second day, to rectify problem i give many times in your nokia show room. but the current problem is not solved. The main problems is i) Trouble in Music player ii) Charging trouble iii) phone ear heating, this is main reapeted many time and also iv) automatic switch off.

The problems all solved excelpt phone ear heating. please check the details i went many times to rectify this problem is not solved.

So please replace another nokia 3110c.
