2nd time problem occured in same set

Complaint details include following:

*Set purchased on 1st July'2010

*Set replaced on 10 Aug. 2010 due to un rectified error from Nokia care Ambala Cantt Branch

*Set purchased from Nokia Priority Ambala Cantt and Bill is in name of Ms Jasmine

*Error in Handset- CALL LIST IS NOT GETTING DELETED N SHOW BALLON WITH INVALID SELECTION ALSO IT GETS HANGED WHILE OPENING MESSAGES

*Request- Sure rectification of error in future or better if i could replace my nokia model from NOKIA 3710 FOLD
