Nokia5130
Defective piece

I bought a nokia5130 express music in sept. In dec the phone's radio got corrupted and all the stations played the same song. When given for service they said its a software problem and updated the software in a time span of 10 days. But it was very disturbing because the phone was brand new. Just 2 months old. Now, after 3-4 months, again the phone has encountered the same problem with the radio. This clearly proves that it is a defective piece. But they are refusing to accept this fact. I strongly demand for a replacement because am not ready to compromise with a defective piece. The phone has not even crossed the warranty period, but giving so much trouble. I want to sort this problem before the warranty expires because they will very easily step away saying that the warranty has expired. Their attitude towards my complaint is really annoying. Hope they dont drive me to the extent of approaching the consumer court.
