PHONE NOT WORKIN PROPERLY EVEN AFTER SENDING TO NOKIA COMPANY AFTER NOKIA CARE

Sir,

i have purchased my nokia 5130 on 26th august and am continously having software problem since then and repaired it 3 times from nokia care and even once send to nokia company from nokia care then also they were not able to repair my handset properly and it stopped working 7th day after coming from company repair.

its a matter of shame for such a reputed company that after so much trial they are not able to solve my problem now what should i do now even my warrenty has finished so its the company fault that they have given me a faulty good so please give me justice.
