Nokia 5220 Xpressmusic
Software problem in my handset

Firmware version of the Nokia 5220 Xpress music hangs itself restarts. many third party applications is not compatible with this handset. some sim-cards cannot be read. Infact the Nokia application is not compatible though it was provided by factory itself.

This handset was given four times to the Nokia Care but no helpful action taken yet and the above problem persists.

The warranty period is near to end and it seems that these problem cannot be solved because it may be manufacturer's fault. Please help me with the replacement of my handset.
