Dear sir i have a nokia 5233, sir in my nokia cellphone incoming was coming very late, i was take my phone in nokia care center haldwani,

sir the nokia care center person has just reloade the software of my handset, but the problem is still now, sir my cellphone is under warranty, so please suggest me what can i do
