Charge for repair of handset under warranty

Hello Sir/Madam,

I bought a Nokia 5800 on 23/02 with one year warranty.

on 28th of dec. i found that touch screen was not working,

so i sent it to nokia service center (Divya electronics, 27, Astvinayak city mall, opposite

Madhav darshan, Waghawadi road, Bhavnagar), they repaired the handset but charged me with 2506 rupees.
