Irresponsibility on the part of nokia care in giving correct detail about the present repair condition

My nokia 6070 handset's display went off.i went to nokia care poddar telecom near plaza cinema hall ranchi ph no. 06513292000 to get it checked. The customer care person said it needs a new LCD nd would be repaired within 15 days. I called after the estimated repair time and they said they have placed the order for the LCD but haven't received yet and hence it would take morw time. So i waited and now its well over 50 days and still no information has come from their side. Whenever i call there to get info. Everytime they give the wrong detail about the present status of the handset. Even the person sitting at the delivery counter claims he is the head of the centre when i enquired about who the head was. Please tell me if the comapny's authorised service centres don't take care of customer's needs maybe we should switch over to some other company's products which provides better service.
