NOKIA-BL5C Battery
Not keeping charge/swollen battery

I have purchase a NOKIA BL-5C battery from BM Electronics CRPF Bhubaneswar.

on Dt. 02/07. After 3 months it is swollen and not keeping charge.

I have complain to NOKIA care saheed nagar, Bhubaneswar. They provide a jobn sheet on 29/dec. They have not yet inform me about that matter. This is a shame to NOKIA product.
