Fake handset-works only for 10mins

Hello Sir, I picked up Nokia c2-02 (Rs.4000) handset (touch and type mobile) on 20 september from Arvind Communications Nokia Priority dealer, I encountered probelm with touch the very next day (i.e., 21st september) when i contacted for this touch problem they replaced it with newer handset.after 5 days of usage i encountered the same touch problem, then they said they will not replace the mobile with new handset, you have to wait for 10days before they get the approval for replacement. Post 10days i contacted nokia care for cheking whether this c2-02 is a good handset or not, they said it is very good phone dont worry, you may find one or two defective handsets like this so go ahead and pick up the same phone. Then I went to my dealer Arvind Communication for taking the new handset this time i piked c2-03 (Rs.4600) by paying extra Rs.600 as i lost faith on older handset. I was very happy picking up this new handset, my happiness lasted only for 10mins as this C2-03 got the same touch problem, when i contacted my dealer they said sorry we cannot help you anymore so go and check with nokia care. Then the very next day i contacted nokia care they said it will be ready in 10mins then they said the handset has to be sent to delhi and it will take 11days - 12days. after 11days i went nokia care for picking my handset, my confidence was shattered as i lost faith on Nokia and on the model by this time.not to my surprise after taking or repairing for 11days jus in 30mins my phone faced the same problem. Thn i took it again to nokia care, they said we will change the touch screen give them 10mins then ther was no communication for 2day.when i contacted them today 22nd of oct, now they said, they need another 10 days for fixing up the same. Do i have to run behind nokia for 40-50days jus to fix up the problem.wheni contacted nokia care, i told them this cannot go round and round so pls retain my handset and enjoy my Rs.4600 bugs, the manager Nokia said ok fine sir we will retain the same. Is this what i get back in reply jus for trusting Nokia. Either they have to tell me, boss this handsets are like this only, pls take some other by shelling it out more.by budget was only Rs.4000 now they want me to spend Rs.10, 000.I dont know wht is ther business model. I dont kno where to address this issue as the nokia customer care never took my complaints in full, they ended the call in half itself. I have come to you, hope i get faster solution. Pls dont take lot of time. Now post all the mobile issue, whenevr i see any new gadget now i first feel that when this will conoff. I was happy customer of Nokia for the past 10yrs, not any more.
