To replace the steel coated knobs of C3-00 Model Nokia Handset

Sir,

Complaint ID 10056 No. C3-00 was lodged on 15.11.2011 and reminded on 19.11.2011 to replace the steel coated knobs, which is under warranty. But, to our dismay, when contacted the local Nokia Service Centre, located at Mancherial, Adilabad Dist., Andhra Pradesh, they stated that order was placed for getting spares and they will inform us after procurement of spares. Till date, we have not received any confirmation regarding availability of spares.

In this context, you are once again requested to look into the above issue and take necessary action for getting it repaired at the earliest.
