Fraud by an authorised deale

I have nokia handset 5130 purchased around 1 yr back..

The display got bad and the phone wasn't working properly...

I gave the phone to an authorised dealer.

Name of shop: Net-Dot

Place: Tilak Nagar

I gave the phone on 3.11.2010 and they gave my phone back to me today that is 4.11. after one whole month..that too they gave me a different handset...

Prior to this everytym I visited their shop they told me that they don't have the battery and the back cover and they have given it to me when I first visited them.

Today they gave me full handset... and its not in working condition as well...

I request u to look into the matter and take action ASAP
