Complaint again purchased Pigeon Rice cooke

Hi,

Yesterday we went to Adishwar Electro World store at Miyapur (Branch: GHMC No: 1-123, N0- G 10&11, Megha Hills Commercial Complex).

We were very must dissatisfied with the services at the store. Initially they took 1 hour to finally get the product from their warehouse. We got a Pigeon Pressure cooker with SS inner pot (electric rice cooker). The company executive told the rate of the product from his catalogue as 4400 and after Adishwar discount, he was offering us at 3900 .

We selected the product and paid amount through debit card after which the bill was made (again 1.5 hrs for this activity). It was just at the time the company worker was carrying it to keep it in our car, we noticed the MRP on the product box. It was 3995 instead 4400 as told by the salesman.

We were annoyed and asked an explanation, but they were simply telling there might be some printing mistake and anyways we have got a product with less than MRP rate.

We had paid a total of 4250 which included a Pigeon Stainless Steel watter bottle -350 ml (rate 350/-).

After arguing for a time with the company people we finally decided to cancel the bill and return product. For this also the company says it would take 1 week to finally get us the product as they claim it was Sunday and they can start the process on Monday only.

We were so dissatisfied and annoyed at the whole mess and returned home. Hence i request all my fellow friends to be cautious with Adishwar as they tag their own rates and then they claim they give discount, but which is actually the MRP rate.

I also request help in getting back the money paid (Rs: 4250) ASAP from Adishwar -Miyapur.
