Hardware & Software Problem-No positive response

My phone getting locked frequently..

Nokia care has taken the phone for checking on 31th March '12 & has given timeline of 10~15 days for REPAIR.

NO ALTERNATE INSTUMENT TILL TIME.

NO OPTION FOR REPLACEMENT IF THE INSTRUMENT NEEDS MORE THAN A WEEK FOR REPAIR.

IS THIS NOKIA SERVICE???

NOT ATALL HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
