Nokia c5-03 handset not work good

Dear sir, i bought nokia c5-03 mobile handset from akash electronics, surendranagar, gujarat on 31/ december which imei no is 359056048307572. this handset has one year warranty.but in short time in my handset i found problem .i give company for repairing in ahmedabad in february.then after in 3 months period another time became touch pad problem.and in now just one or two month in phone has another problem .the problem is that phone loses network .and if i have full connection of tower yet not connecting internet, and i am not able to edit image.i complain in company everytime but they told me we are not exange phone and i am going there.when first two time my handset fault, i went there three time which is far 120 km from my town and i spent 3 day there if i have not time.and now another time company told me to come in ahmedabad.i want to exange phone because in six month the phone fault become in three time.company not give me good handset to its price 8700 rs.please help me.
