Company handset fault

Respected Sir,

I have bought a new nokia x3-02 and after 15 day it goes to be switch on/off.

Sometimes keypad is also not working properly.

So i went to nearer Nokia customer care & the said that handset has fault of liquid flow (as some kind of liquid which is used in the keypad) & say's that may cost charges to repair it, So they don't gave me that much positive response to it,

thus after spending lots of money in purchasing that handset & they give this type of response what we should do?

so please fulfill my request,
