Manufacturing defectsof Nokia Mobile Handset

Dear Sir/mam

I purchased a Nokia mobile handset, Model: Nokia E52 (351996042453856) on 01/06 from Univercell, T Nagar, Chennai at a cost of Rs12, 772/- vide INV no P.TNG/4288 dtd 1/6/10. On 23rd of May'11 the set in idle condition became excessive heatup. I switched off the phone. On switching on again it was getting heated. On 25th of May'11 the Mobile phone got completely dead. It was not getting charged. As I am from Andaman Islands and there is no Nokia Priority or Nokia care Centre in Andaman i could not take the phone to any dealer/NC centre. I sent the phone through one of my known person to the same shop from where it was purchased on 8th 0f June but they neither repaired the phone or replace it with the justification that it was brought after the warranty period. The phone was completely dead within the warranty period.

I request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and render Justiceat the earliest.
