I had gifted a Nokia C5 [IMEI 357006042602470] to my father. The phone's battery turned out defective and I gave the phone to a service center for repair.

They took 3.5 weeks time to replace a battery[commitment was 15 days] and then they gave a wrong battrey to my father without telling him BL-4CT instead of BL-5CT.

The other battery died in two days and my father needs to again waste his time to resolve this.

I also launched a Nokia Compaint 1-11888797883.
