Not responding allapey nokia care to my warranty handset

Respected sir;

My name is Sreekanth.r.nair. I had a complaint against nokia care in alappuzha. My handset nokia c6-01 is not works with an idea network. So i complainted it for 3 times. At the last time the care manager Mrs. Irin praveen sent my cell 2 the expert center in Delhi. But no use, still the handset in old condition. Its a new handset just 3months old. Thus they willnot take any action against it. They said that just leave it and buy a new handset from our priority centre. What can i do? Please help me. My handsets imei no is 353759040080511.
