Bad quality of phone- Hardware as well as software

I purchased a Nokia X1-01 model phone from Sangeetha Mobiles, Kilkattalai in the first week of August. This is a dual SIM phone recently launched by NOKIA

The quality of the phone is very bad as I have innumerable problems. The cell phone model seems to be a defective model as I have cross checked with another friend of mine who has brought the same phone and he too is facing the same problem. At least once or twice in a week there is no cell phone operator's signal for hours together untill the phone is switched OFF & ON. Also sometimes the cell automatically switches OFF & ON which again happens almost 3 to 4 times a week. It also has several software issues which also adds up to the inconvinience.
