Harrasment by Nokia Care

Dear Sir/ Madam

This is to bring to your kind attention that I purchased a Nokia E-5 WHT Handset from Croma -Vikas shopping Mall Plot no.18 Sector - 3 Rohini Delhi. after 3 month of purchase my handset had problem with the handset speaker. I was unable to hear the incoming calls. I was reffered to Nokia care which is name of Dexters G-, G-8 15, Manglam building, Sec -3 Rohini. They repaired and returned me the handset and assured that handset had no physical damage from my side. However after 15 days the handset again had the same problem. I went to the same address of Dexters and got it repaired again, however again after 7 days I had the same problem. Now I am requesting a replacement which I am being denied and I have to run again and again to the store.

Request your kind attention into the same as I have! year warranty plus1.5 year of extended warranty but of no use.
