Bad Service at Nokia Care Centre Vashi

Hi,

I purchased Nokia E75 6 months ago. Its rim was damaged because I had dropped the handset once. I submitted my phone to Nokia Care Centre Vashi to get the rim replaced. They not only charged a hefty amount of 1875/- to just change the plastic rim, but also cracked the glass of the screen. While handing over the phone they did not inform me the same. They just pulled the scratch guard from one corner were the crack was and made the crack disapper behind the pulled scratch guard. After going home I noticed the crack and immediately took it to them. Thankfully they agreed and promised to replace the glass and scratch guard in 10 to 12 days. But its almost 19 days now and they are just saying that they have not received the materials yet from the company.

I hope Nokia will not disappoint its customer and will extend support in this matter.
