Worst Service Centre of Nokia

I geve my nokia phone C6-00 to gupta associates. The phone is only 20 days old and handsfree was working properly. They have taken the handset on 20th Aug-11, but Its not clear when they will me my phone, since I call them up and every time they say that it will take more 10 - 15 days, firstly they told me that your handset will be reday in 7 days. their servie is so poor and their employees are so rude and unprofessional.
