Complaint towards Nokia Handset

Sir,

This refers to my Nokia Handset purchase vide bill no.645 dt.12.05. NOKIA 5130-2 Red IMEI: 354223031962673 of Rs.6240/-

After using 4-5 month this handsets starts giving number of complaints, its starts hang on, now its display is totally blank and music system is not working at all.

And its warrany period is going to over now on 12.05.2010.

Now tell me what to do? Are you going to replace my handset or should i knock the door of consumer court.

I have given my handset twice to the Nokia care Centre but they refused to repair the handset? I am very much harrassed by the services provided by nokia care centre.

Kindly revert with the positive reply.
