Egarding nokia for my handset

DEAR SIR,

i have submit my mobile at Nokia care Agra (simran electronics, 65 Nehru nagar Agra). date 13-711 after 4 or 5 services for 2 days. the company associate told me they returned my mobile within two days but they take approx 10 days n give me another mobile but that mobile comparatively not equalvilant in function of my nokia c-5 mobile so i denied to receive that particular mobile, after that i complaint to Bangalore office but they told me they give me better rep with in two day, now the whole month has spend but the company and nokia care agra not listen me properly n they extend the time regularly.

i m tired to request them to return my mobile but they ignored me and not replying me properly now i want to return my money back.

please help me regarding this complaint
