I had purchased my phone on 8th January from Hotspot Laxmi Nagar who is the authorized seller of Nokia Phones. I had specially requested for a sliver color handset, which I got. But ever since I got it, I have been facing problems of phone restart, Phone hanging and a lot of other problems. Its not even 3 months since my purchase and 2-3 times it has gone for repair. 1st time, I dont know what they did to my handset that it was not even getting restarted, so they replaced the handset (with some used one-it was not seeming the new one at all) AND THEY CHANGED THE COLOR OF MY HANDSET TO BLACK, SAID ITS COMPANY'S POLICY AND THE SCREEN GUARD WAS NOT THERE, IT WAS THERE IN MY EARLIER SILVER COLORED PHONE. Even then I graciously accepted it, PAID FOR THE NEW SCREEN GUARD TOO. Then, after 1 day, it again started creating similar problems. After a month, i again gave it for repair, this time they simply formatted it and gave it back. Then after 2-3 days. it again started creating problems. Now My every 5 th call, gets disconnected on its own. The phone restarts any time. Phone's internet stops working anytime. A lot softwares which requires internet stops working abruptly. Now i dont feel like going to them because they will simply format the phone without looking at the real problem. I want a new handset SILVER COLORED PHONE., which I had originally purchased. Thats why I have come to you guys with some expectations. Hoping a quick resolution on my issue.
