Feb 07 Noticed that handset showing power failure: auto power-off even after full charge

Feb 09 Taken to MOBILE STORE for possible charger test. Referred to NOKIA CARE

Feb 11 Taken to NOKIA CARE, 173 SP Mukherjee Rd Job# 293504886/110211/24

Diagnosed as software problem.

Feb 12 Delivered after software upgrading

Feb 14 Taken back to NOKIA CARE, 173 SP Mukherjee Rd Job# 293504886/110214/39

Original Problem persists. Auto Power-off, even after full charge.

Diagnosed as hardware problem. Suggested delivery time 7 - 10 days

Contacted several times NOKIA CARE, 173 SP Mukherjee Rd. No consistent feedback till date.
