Respected Sir,

Myself Dr. R.C. Singh, have registered a complaint for repair and maintainance of my Onida TV, under AMC. My complain no is 11030676381386 dated 16-03. Local service care center are taking it casually even not responding properly on telephone and still not visited by any staff member even after several telephonic remainder. And now-a-days he is not responding even of phone. I feel mentally tortured and it is a breach of trust between customer and service provider.

Please take necessary action against it to get my TV repaired otherwise forced to appeal in consumer protection court to necessary action against it.

My EWC no. is 0800962
