Nokia Phone New but Software complaint

I have recently bought two Nokia 3120c. After six months both phones shows no NETWORK OR SIMCARD REGISTRATION FAILED. Hence it was taken to CELL WORLD, NOKIA CARE AT KOLLAM DISTRICT for checking the same but not repaired by them. They said that the hardware parts are OK, but showing Software problem. They updated the software but the phone is completely dead as to receive signals. At first the Phones showing no signals from the service provider. Later two or three days it completely dead to receive the signals.
