I had purchased the above set in Jan.2008 with a one year warranty. Since last year when the set was dead I deposited the same to Nokia Care Centre, 19-20, First Floor, Opp. Laxmi Mandir Cinema, Tonk Road, Jaipur which is a part of Nokia Care India. They told me the set can be repaired and they will get back to me in 2-3 days. This accured so many times till Dec.2008 and after that I got the information the set cannot be repaired and I should collect it back from them. I don’t know what to do now as I have been duped by Nokia India and set is still laying with them. I pray for Justice.

With reference to the above please refer our Regd. A.D.Letter Dt.3.1.09 and Dt. 22.1.09, we again would like to bring to your notice that the above mentioned set has been deposited on the NOKIA CARE CENTER, Opp. Lakshmi Mandir Cinema, Tonk Road, Jaipur., 5 times on and still laying with them from 5.12.08.

Despite submitting the set for 5 times the problem still persisted of very low battery backup. We have also talked to the customer care no. 1800-425-3388 and 30303838, they always reported that the set had gone for higher end service centre because of the problem. The care centre is not co-operating and is also unable to replace the set. We request you to look into the matter and replace the set immediately.
