Repeated Same Problem in Nokia N8 device

This is me again. I submitted my Nokia N8 handset to Nokia Gallery at Today Telecom, 9/10 Padmavati Darshan, Opp. Deepak Cinema, N.M. Joshi Marg, Mumbai-400013 on 17th April via Coma but still not got replacement for that. My Nokia N8 is submitted 5th time to Nokia Gallery for repair but this time i need replacement for this device or my money back. Repeated problems are appear continuously again & again. Dnt know why nokia people just replace it. I feel like cheated. This is my first & last experience with nokia. Anyone tell plz what to do... Need replacement or my money back... Damn feel like cheated by Nokia...
