Unhappy with the given Handset

This is Manoj. i had purchased Nokia 5233 on 17th Jan and on 23rd Jan it got problem in making Video . i had complaint to nokia care in Rohtak and then after one day they said to me that i have to submit ma mobile to them they will send it to company and get recovered soon. IN between this i mailed to nokia for the problem 5 times out of them 3 times they contacted me and said we are forwarding your problem to higher authority for solution but still the problem is not resolved and still i have not get ma mobile back... i am very Upset from Nokia...
