Phone not serviced by company

I purchased nokia c5-00 at 7july. After 15 day the phone completly dead, i submitted that phone at nokia care on 24july for service and they ask me to wait for 10 days but after 16 day they again ask me to wait 1-2 weeks and not give me the satisfactory answer.they can not be able to tell me the correct phone situation.please help me.
