Sir,

i own Nokia 5800 xpressmusic phone which was not working properly so it was replaced by Nokia care center situated in malviya nagar, which took over 3 months. they did not give me any job sheet or any bill before and after the mobile was replaced. firstly took 1940/- for repair and then 1000/- to replace the mobile. and handed me new mobile with defects in it.body parts colors does not match. please take some action.
