Sir, One K.Sai & his associate ex-auto driver Kumar, who are authorized after sales Nokia service center at Jeypore Orissa, has been acting fraudulently changing and manipulating the nokia sets spares and misplacing mobile sets, and cheating the customers. There are more than 150 Consumer cases before the Consumers forum at Jeypore against the service center. But the neither the company nor the regional service providers in Orissa

The said duo Sai and Kumar are liable for criminal action for cheating fraud and breech of trust.
