Poor performsance of N8 mobile phone

I have purchased N8 Nokia Mobile phone from Croma Electronic Store, Crown Interiorz Mall, Faridabad on 14th May'2011.

Just After one & half month it start giving truoble, like hang, deleteting the messages, deleting the call list etc..., I contacted service centra at sector-15, faridabad & they upgarded the software as they said.

Ever after upgrading the software, this is still giving hang-up problem very frequently & it got hanged 4 times in last 3 weeks.

I want this instrument to be changed or refund my money immediately as I canot tolerate the non-sense of this poor quality mobile set any more.
