i have received your comment. please listen to me

i have purchased a new nokia x2-00 from derabassi from gulati communication on 29.03.11 in rs-5, 100/- only w/o memory card, in first month this is working fine, but in next month the problem is started with white screen. i gave this mobile to gulati communication for checking, he says that there is a normal problem. the mobile is working ok, but in 10.07.11 at evening the mobile shows that there is a no sim, i am shocked & thing that the sim is allready lying inside mobile& mobile is cover with full lamination, how it's possible, than i have make a call to gulati communication person than he says that there is a sim problem, please take out the sim & insert again, i have do the same, but the problem remain same. we have insert a other sim also but the problem remain same, now on 11.07.11 we have send this mobile to our near nokia care by hand your dealer in chandigarh. i have received my mobile on 19.07.11 from him after repair, when i am checked the mobile the problem will be same & again i have send this mobile to that office today.

now tell me one thing that how many time we have to send a one mobile for repair in customer care.

now the problem is that i am not interested to repair this mobile, i want a 100% replacement from your side anotherwise we have send a that complaint to consumer coart that how you can cheet a normal man.
