Taking out of original parts and makin the phone not workin

I have given my 5800 nokia handset to the nokia care center, infocity, gandhinagar to upgarade my mobile and for dusting purpose. It was given for only 35 minutes nd after 35 minutes, when it was given to me, the phone's display panel was not working and the touch pad's also not working. My whole phone was just made like a dead phone, it was purchased only before 6 months. They were so cunning that they also took back the report to them saying that this report is to be submitted at the head office.

I said them to replace the display panel and the touch pad as it is in the warranty 6 months were left for a year but they said that ur phone is in the physical damage not possible which was done by them only.

If such care centers will be there then it wil be the lost for the nokia company and also the product that are made from different country and that phone's quality is destroyed from these such intermediate persons. Saying themselves as a authorised centers and making their moneys from big company like nokia.
