Non-attending servyce complaint

I have one samsung washing machine in my home. It dead few days before. I have complained to the dealer and they booked a complaint to the samsung company. Complaint no-8442081991.No response till now. Samsung service is very worst. Samsung company is not giving any service after sales.

I worried that why I select samsung washing machine.
