I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator approx. 5 years back. The Vegetable basket cover, egg-tray cover chiller cover etc have broken. On my complaint the company has sent a representative from local dealer. But he said that it is not available and no chance of getting in near future. I do not understand the way a renowned company deal with customers. Only want to sell and no after sale service and customer care. Should I dump the fridge now and go for a new? Anybody please suggest how I should deal in such a situation and whom to approach
