Non Delivery of product

I made an order of Induction Cook top (#10275238) on 21-06 from Timtara and it's payment has been already realized in Timtara account but after 35 days i am still waiting for its delivery (Timtara Claims 21 days to deliver the product).

I called 5 to 6 times on customer care but no one is taking care of my concern seriously and i am only hearing the words like AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, I also told them that if you are not able deliver the product within few days please refund my money but still there is no reply from Tim tara.

This is the height of cheating with Consumers by showing them attractive slogans and Offers, Timtara is such a FAKE and FRAUD online shopping website running in India.
