I had purchased a Samsung Corby pro mobile on 21/8 from a registered shop at ameerpet, hyderabad. Suddenly, in the first week of July it has stopped functioning. After taking it to the authorised service centre of samsung at ameerpet, they had informed that there is short circuit and needs repair of Rs.5000.On again taking the mobile alongwith the original bill of purchase, showing that it is under warranty for one year, they have reduced the repair estimation and said that i have to pay Rs.3000.On again informing that i should be given free service they are still insisting for acceptance of Rs.3000 for which i am not convinced. I have been handling the phone very carefully and i should be given free service under warranty. I shall forward the mail correspondence after receiving your reply.
