Not replacing and not giving good service

I brought a eConnect 7" Touch Screen PC Tablet e714L with 3G from www.wesprodigital.com on the day i got the tablet that day tablet is not working totally they not giving good service and not changing my tablet I call them many times but not takeing any action so please help me.
