SAMSUNG GALAXY i5801
NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy i5801 mobile on December from a registered shop at Junagadh. Suddenly, in the first week of January it has stopped functioning. After taking it to the authorised service centre of samsung at Junagadh, they had informed that there may be a Battery Problem or short circuit in mother board and needs repair of Rs.5000 even after paying this we are not sure to say that your problem will be clear. On again taking the mobile alongwith the original bill of purchase, showing that it is under warranty for one year, they have reduced the repair estimation and said that i have to pay Rs.3000.On again informing that i should be given free service they are still insisting for acceptance of Rs.3000 for which i am not convinced. I have been handling the phone very carefully and i should be given free service under warranty. I shall forward the mail correspondence after receiving your reply.
