Crazy Infovision
Poor service, false commitment

With reference with to my job sheet no 290343506/070214/4 of nokia care which was given by their authorized service centre which run under the name of crazy infovision where i had given my nokia 5300 on 14/02/07 for repair but till date i haven't received my mobile phone back.

Inspite of several reminder they have shown least interest in customer grievance. And also it is very petty to see that a brand like Nokia has very poor selection of centre manager, as i had to face one of the ass hole like Arnab Das in crazy infovision.

I fell helpless now and i really don't now how to handle this situation as i don't have time to run behind them.

Stay away from this Nokia centre!
