The brand new and expensive mobile phone HTC HD2 received by me on the 13th Sept, is

just dead and does not even charge up. I have not used the phone even for a single minute

Please instruct this supplier to refund my full money and advise procedure for return of defective

product.

Just because i have faith and trust in Times of India, i beleived the India times shopping Advertisement

about this product and now realise i have been cheated. I want an undertaking from India Times shopping that my money will be returned.

If i do not receive a satisfactory answer from you, i will launch a nation wide campaign in all press and TV media and advise all my friends, relatives and associate companies to black list the supplier as well as India Times shopping and stop subscriptions in future

I am sure you will respond promptly and fairly to my complaint
