Nupower inverter
Poor service & behaviou

I bought a Nupower inverter & battery on 18th April. On 5th April midnight we saw flame inside the inverter & smoke coming out of it. I used water to put off the flame & to prevent further accident. On 6th April, a service person from your end came to my house (Docket no: April 0603) as per my service request. He took the machine with him & asked us to call at Habra service Centre next day. I personally went to Habra Service Centre twice next day, but got no information about the inverter. Next day I called again & they assured me to give the status by calling me back. I got no calls from their end & called once again in the second half & came to know that the inverter is at Barasat for service & they asked me to call Barasat office.

Next day I made a call to the Barasat office & they informed me that the inverter is with them, but they need to check it to give me further details. They also told me that they would call me on Saturday (10th April). As usual I got no call on Saturday or even on Monday. I called again on Tuesday & the lady over the phone informed me that they would call me in the second half. And once again I did not receive any call. On Wednesday I called once again & got the same reply as usual (“We are calling you back”).

10 days has been passed & I don’t have any information on when I can get it back & what is the problem with the inverter. I have never experienced such ridiculous & worthless service from any company. I feel that their only aim is to sell the product & service to the existing customer is not at all their priority. Till date they have not informed me regarding the inverter & not replying my mail also.
