Not attending for maintenance after taking money for AMC

Hi,

I, B.K.Jha resident of Flat no. 3A Plot no. 10 shivshakti appartment sector 10 Dwarka Delhi-110075, purchased a Nu Tech RO System in Aug. 2008 with assurance of one year free service at an interval of three month. but got three serviced not in regular interval but on hyphazard way. In Dec. I have assured by the company for regular and satisfactory services in case of AMC with the company and they collected Rs. 2800 from me and but after that never turned up, whenever contacted false assurance received from the company. One of the company representative came to my house and was asking again for Rs. 1800 for some sort of servicing but when denied, he went back.

Please advice me what to do. If we are facing any sort of hazard who will be responsible for that?
