My name is sanjoy sarkar. In feb 10 i brought a samsung mobile from Nu-York Teleworld (R.N.Mukherjee Road, Kolkata). After returning home i saw they charge me 400 rupees extra on MRP, but the next day when i go there shop and told them they charge me extra that time 1 of there staff (Dipankar Das) snatch my invoice and make it correct but they don't return me the extra 400 rupees and told me to go and do whatever i can they don't bother anyone (keu amader ekta baal'o chirte parbe na) coz police & consumer forum takes bride from them. So my request to everyone dont buy mobile from Nu-York Teleworld coz may be you will be there next victim.
